Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM - 6PM
Compensation: Commission-based. The average agent earns $1,600 per week, with our top closers earning in excess of $4,000 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to timeshare owners through cold calling to present our offers.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of timeshares to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Track and report on your sales progress, using company-provided tools and resources.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions and addressing concerns with accuracy and urgency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in timeshare sales and cold calling.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals.
- Availability to work the required schedule without exceptions.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with sales software and CRM platforms.
