Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Virtual Solar Setter to join our team and help drive the growth of our solar energy business. As a Solar Setter, you will be responsible for calling warm and aged leads to set up appointments for our expert closers. This role is crucial in helping homeowners transition to solar energy, offering them substantial energy savings and a more sustainable future. With a fast 7–10-day installation timeline, you’ll see commissions within 21-30 days of closing each deal.
Average Earnings: $500-$1000 per closed deal (Installed)
Fast Payment Cycle: Receive payment on closed deals within 21-30 days
Responsibilities:
Contact warm and aged leads to qualify their interest in solar energy solutions
Educate potential clients about the benefits of switching to solar
Set appointments for closers to conduct in-depth consultations and complete the sales
Track lead status and follow up as needed to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or appointment setting, preferably in a virtual environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Comfort with a commission-only role and interest in high-earning potential
