Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and innovative person to step in and run the heart of our healing space. You’ll be the friendly face that greets our clients, the steady hand that keeps everything flowing, and the curious mind that keeps learning about the power of natural, frequency-based therapies.
Your Day-to-Day:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
11am-5pm
(Events- As needed)
Apply Therapies: Guide clients through our natural treatments and frequency-based healing sessions with care and confidence (training provided).
Prepare & Maintain the Space: Open the center, create a peaceful atmosphere, and keep everything clean and welcoming.
Client Care: Send thoughtful follow-up emails, answer questions, and help clients feel seen and supported.
Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth daily operations.
Inventory: Keep an eye on supplies and place orders as needed.
Engage & Share: Manage our social media presence and connect with our community online and in person.
Handle Transactions: Accept payments and keep daily records tidy.
Community Ambassador: Be the friendly bridge between Chill Cryosauna and our local community.
What You Bring:
A kind, welcoming energy. You love making people feel comfortable.
A natural curiosity about holistic health and frequency-based technologies (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!).
A self-starter attitude. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly without constant supervision.
Good communication skills, online and in person.
Organized and detail-oriented, but flexible enough to go with the flow.
Basic tech savviness (social media posting, email, and scheduling software).
