We are a busy, upscale hair salon looking for the perfect individual to rent an 81 SqFt room along with a waiting area that we have coming available at the end of January. It is currently rented to a wonderful aesthetician who will sadly be leaving us to move out of the country. Please inquire about rent costs.
You will have full rein of the space and are allowed to renovate as you wish.
Coffee, cappuccinos, snacks, etc. as well as a great atmosphere will be available for your clients.
Must provide licenses and proof of liability insurance.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate aesthetician, massage therapist, microblading technician, eyelash extension technician or of similar scale.
Our ideal person should have a strong background with lots of experience and share a similar clientele base.
