Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager & Membership Sales Executive to oversee daily spa operations and drive membership growth. This dual-role position requires a results-driven leader with a passion for wellness, customer service, team management, and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless spa experience while actively promoting and selling membership packages to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Spa Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Manage spa staff including therapists, and full specialist.
Monitor and manage cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Membership Sales :
Conduct facility tours, consultations, and presentations to potential members.
Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, particularly in membership or subscription-based models.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
