Job Description: As a Mobility Product Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of mobility products, including scooters, power chairs, and lift systems. Your technical skills will ensure that our customers receive safe, reliable, and fully functional equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mobility products, including scooters, power chairs, and lifts, to ensure proper operation.

Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to prevent potential issues and extend the lifespan of mobility equipment.

Installation and Setup: Assemble and install mobility products at customer locations, ensuring everything is set up correctly and safely.

Customer Support: Provide product demonstrations and explain proper usage and safety guidelines to customers. Address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Inventory and Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of parts and supplies required for service work, and order parts as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience, preferably with small engines, electronics, or mechanical systems.

Experience working with mobility products or medical equipment is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for field service visits.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and parts ordering.
