POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Working on a fast-paced, deadline-driven Special Event, this role is a Seasonal Position. We’re looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and equally talented. This position requires creativity with a high level of detail and problem solving.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the PRODUCTION TEAM, duties would include;

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Event Production Office; including weekly notes and update distribution across departments.

• Work with Group Sales with Beverage and Operations Dept.

• Act as Assistant Manager on Duty during show operation days; including vendor maintenance and interaction.

• Fulfill equipment and supplies orders needed throughout Production.

• Responding promptly and thinking ahead of the curve

• Assist with Event Payroll Procedures across multiple teams, weekly audits, and scheduled submittals.

• Assist with Payroll Distribution with Payroll Master; Train leadership on Timeclocks, Facilitating the process for training purposes with Venues.

• Support Producers in the Opening/Closing of Event Attractions and Locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-Starter and willingness to work in a team and group environment.

• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel) and QuickBooks

• Minimum of 1 year of Event/Film Production Experience

• General Accounting Principles; helpful – but not required.

• Must be available to work ALL Event Operations; including Weekends, Nights, and Holidays. (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s).
