Job Opportunity: Part-Time Videographer for Local Real Estate Content (Winter Garden/Orlando Area)

Job Overview: We’re seeking a talented and experienced videographer to collaborate with us on creating high-quality real estate and lifestyle video content. This is a recurring project (2 shoots per month, ongoing) that requires someone who is skilled in shooting talking-head content, b-roll, and has a knack for planning and delivering visually compelling footage.

Our finished videos are typically 8–10 minutes long and combine on-location footage, studio content, and voiceovers. You will not be required to edit the content unless you prefer to offer that as part of your services—we have an in-house editing team.

If you have experience in video production, are organized, and can collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless shooting-to-editing process, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Pre-Shoot Planning:

Participate in a 15–20 minute brainstorming session before each shoot to outline content plans and creative ideas.

Plan b-roll shots that align with the storytelling needs and editor's requirements.

On-Site Video Production:

Shoot talking-head content at 2–3 locations within a designated area (e.g., Winter Garden, Davenport).

Capture b-roll footage showcasing the area, including landmarks, streetscapes, and other visually engaging content.

Directly shoot and adjust angles or framing as needed for creative storytelling.

Coordination with Editing Team:

Provide clear notes and context for the editor (e.g., shot descriptions, intentions for sequences, creative ideas for transitions).

Ensure all footage is labeled and organized for smooth post-production handoff.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in shooting both talking-head videos and b-roll content.

Ability to capture dynamic and creative shots to elevate the final product.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to brainstorm and execute ideas effectively.

Prior experience with real estate content or similar projects is a plus.

Equipment:

Owns professional-grade camera equipment (please specify gear in your application).

Tripod, gimbal, and drone capabilities are a big plus but not required.

Clear audio recording setup (e.g., lavalier mics or equivalent) for on-site talking-head segments.

Portfolio Submission:

Provide examples of previous work (e.g., talking-head videos, b-roll-heavy projects, real estate-related content).
