Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, both mechanical and electronic
Inspect vehicle systems to identify issues
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
Provide exceptional customer service, working with management to resolve vehicle issues and address customer concerns
Follow all company policies and legal regulations
Perform duties under the supervision of the Service Manager and/or Service Writer
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
10+ years of automotive experience required
ASE certifications are a plus but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license
Must have own tools
Ability to work efficiently and professionally
Compensation & Benefits:
Flat Rate Pay based on experience and level: $30 - $50/hour
Minimum weekly guaranteed salary (whichever is greater)
