I am seeking a motivated individual to renovate Bathrooms and Kitchens.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of bathroom and kitchen renovations
Install, repair, and paint drywall
Set wall and floor tile
Perform minor electrical and plumbing repair
Install and repair cabinetry
Patio Screening
Irrigation repairs
Set up and break down the job site daily
Help with demolition, hauling debris, and maintaining a clean worksite
Qualifications:
Solid Experience in the following
- drywall installation, repair, and painting
- installing doors and windows
- minor electric and plumbing work
- tile work
- cabinet installation
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 80 lbs.)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
Possession of basic tools required
