We do a lot of high detailed custom brick jobs in and around central Florida. Only accepting the highest quality brick masons.

Here are some key tasks We are looking for from a Project Superintendent.
1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Organizing the work schedule, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that labor and materials are properly allocated.
2. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of workmanship, ensuring that all masonry meets the specified standards and building codes.
3. Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
4. Supervising Crew: Leading and supervising the masonry team, providing guidance and support as needed to the on-site foreman and other crewmates.
5. Material Management: Ensuring that all necessary materials are on-site when needed and that inventory is properly tracked.
6. Communication: Acting as a liaison between the crew, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page.
7. Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise on-site, such as delays, technical challenges, or unexpected complications.
8. Documentation: Keeping detailed records of daily progress, material usage, and any incidents that occur on-site.
9. Budget Management: Overseeing the project budget to ensure that costs are kept in line and identifying any potential cost-saving opportunities.
10. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and support to the masonry crew to improve skills and productivity.
