Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Certified Welding Quality Inspector for an immediate opening!
Job Details:
- Salary Range - $33.00/HR - $38.00/HR
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Full-time position starting immediately!
Job Duties:
- Responsible for adhering to all Company and Project safety programs, policies, and procedures as well as all Federal, State, and local safety codes and regulations.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Verify welding procedures, qualifications, and documentation.
Requirements:
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of welding inspection experience, preferably in both shop and field environments.
- Capable of working with computer applications for generating reports (MS Word, Excel, Procore).
- Strong knowledge of welding codes. This shall include experience with procedure qualification and welder performance qualification with AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.4, and D1.6.
