We are a commercial construction company seeking an experienced commercial construction project manager/Site Superintendent to manage restaurant buildouts in Central FL.
Candidate must be able to read and do take offs from plans.
Have had previous onsite experience.
Understand building codes and the inspection process for restaurant build outs/hood systems.
Have experience negotiating subcontractor bids.
Have great communication skills and follow through on all tasks.
