We are looking for dependable hard working concrete curb Foreman and Finisher’s. Are jobs are in the central Florida area, mostly between Daytona to Kissimmee and Geneva to Wildwood.
Concrete foreman
. Concrete foreman’s must have at least 7 years experience.
Doing curb, inlets, sidewalk, flumes, traffic separators, weirs, steps/stairs, etc.
. All jobs must meet or exceed FDOT and ADA requirements.
. Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment to meet or exceed all OSHA specifications.
. If you can run a curb machine that is a plus
. Will be a working foreman.
. Must have a valid and clean drivers license and Social Security Card
. Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer and take it home every night.
. Must be able to read plans and Communicate with site foreman and or superintend of the job.
. Must have good communication and people skills.
. Must be able to keep a log book of Jobs, hours and material used, Also of any problems that may have occurred.
. Must be able to problem solve, figure out grades, and complete all duties on a typical commercial site job, Apartment complexes and Subdivisions for any and all concrete work.
. Must be able to call and check on your own concrete.
. Must be able to maintain a job schedule
. Must be able to communicate with crew to make sure all work is done correctly and to all specifications of the particular job.
. Must be willing to work 45-55 hours per week
. Must be willing to do demo work and operate jackhammer.
Curb finishers
. Must have at least (4 years) experience
Forming and pouring curb, flatwork and ADA compliant handicap ramps.
Employees must be willing to work 8-11 hours per day On average, sometimes more sometimes less and weekends when required. Must be able to work in the heat, and all other typical Florida weather, like rain
You must have your OWN dependable transportation. We work all over Central Florida.
You must have your own hand tools. This includes Tool bag, speed square, sledge hammer, framing hammer, tape measure, utility knife, pencil and markers, hand finishing mags, edgersEtc.
You must have a valid drivers license and and a Social Security card.
You must be able to form and finish curbs, inlets, handicap ramps, trench curb, flumes, driveways, sidewalks, R&R curb and sidewalk, Must be able to run a jackhammer and skid steer, Must be able to pick up at least 100 pounds.
We typically do a lot of subdivisions and apartment complexes along with some rehab work.
You must have some form of bank account or debit/credit card, because we ONLY do direct deposit.
We offer steady work with good pay (weekly) , paid time off on all major holidays, paid vacations and Bonuses.
We have positions opened and immediate start is available.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hourFinisher
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour.Foreman
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
