Construction Position
I am the owner of a well established small local Construction Company in business for 25+ years, looking for a reliable candidate that is eager to learn and willing to be taught. Ideally I'm looking for a person with a broad overall construction skill set/jack of all trades that is looking for a dependable long term employment opportunity.
Must haves to be considered for this position:
1.Valid Florida drivers license with clean record and vehicle
2.Comp Exempt
3.Positive attitude and communication skills.
4.Be a problem solver.
5.Attention to details.
6.A Go Getter that shows initiative
Brief overview of work performed by company:
Commercial concrete, welding, rehab/remodeling, crane rigging, problem solving, etc.
1099 position @ Day Rate Pay (but not seeking day laborer) …Serious inquiries only!
