Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Tile and Asphalt Roof Installers to join our professional crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on roofing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace tile and asphalt shingle roofs
Ensure projects meet company standards and manufacturer specifications
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
Requirements
Proven experience in tile roofing and asphalt shingle installation
Knowledge of roofing systems, underlayment, and flashing
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with both residential and commercial roofing
Knowledge of Florida building codes and roofing regulations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
