CONTOURS LANDSCAPE SOLUTION, a growing commercial landscape company, is seeking landscape maintenance candidates to work at an on-site resort located in the Disney area. We are looking for general labor level candidates. Applicant MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3+ years in landscape maintenance experience. Additional years of experience will allow for higher level position opportunity.
Duration:
-Positions are hourly with primary schedule's (6am-2:30pm/7:00am-3:30) shifts
-Other work week schedules may be needed
-Pay period is weekly.
-Weekends may be needed on a rotation basis.
-Additional work time may be required to ensure weekly work schedule are completed.
Experience & Job Requirements:
-Applicant MUST HAVE 3+ Years Landscape Foreman Experience.
-Experience managing 3 crew members
-Knowledge of general landscape maintenance work and ability to operate multiple types of ground maintenance
equipment and tools related to gardening.
-Ability to properly use grounds maintenance equipment such as, ZTR and walk behind mower, Stick edgers, String Trimmers, Back Pack Blowers, etc.
-Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of grounds maintenance services and equipment.
-Responsible and enforce proper equipment use and maintenance, as well as daily cleanliness.
-Must have general experience and knowledge operating utility vehicles in a proper and safe manner.
-Have experience of spraying and pulling weeds.
-Must be able to pick up trash and debris at all times.
-Must have the ability to work in a very professional, respectful 5 star resort atmosphere.
-Must be over 28 years of age.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater.
-Ability to follow exact direction given by immediate supervisor or manager.
-Strong Work Ethic and ability to communicate job site information to immediate supervisor.
-Must have own reliable transportation To/From work.
-Must be in company uniform and presentable at all times
-Ensure all company rules and safety procedures are followed.
-No Phone or Earbud use while of property.
-Work at a Steady Pace
-Work Monday-Friday. Possible weekends if needed.
