We’re seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our brand-new 400-unit apartment complex in Kissimmee!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to tenant and staff maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
Manage equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
Work collaboratively with the property management team to uphold high living standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in maintenance management, facility maintenance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Certification or training in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
Experience in painting, carpentry, or general construction trades.
