Maintenance Worker – Southridge Apartments (Orlando)
Location: 440 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809
Pay: $17/hour
Southridge Apartments is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker/Technician. Must be an all-around handyman with strong experience in Central AC systems, including diagnosing and repairing older units.
Other skills such as plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general apartment maintenance are needed. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Paid biweekly.
