Wildwood Services LLC is looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to do Work Orders/Service calls to do repairs in retail stores. We have lots of work in the entire Orlando area !
We can offer 40+ hrs a week of service calls easy work inside mostly and air conditioned
The daily work consist of general repairs in retail buildings for stores like Target, Fidelity, Barnes and Noble, Walgreens and many more.
Pay is contract work and we will issue a 1099 at the end of the year.
Must have a truck and own tools. Please be good at using a smart phone and getting photos and signatures and doing paperwork online.
We pay from the time you start your first work order through the full day as we send each work order until you finish the last. That way your travel is included.
We do all the billing and chasing down payments. So no lost pay
