The Opportunity
We are seeking a Residential Roofing Estimator who demonstrates technical expertise,
systematic thinking, and a commitment to precision. You’ll own the estimation process from
inspection through production handoff, working independently with advanced tools and
software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates for roofing systems: asphalt, tile, cedar,and metal
Conduct on-site inspections with advanced measurement tools
Master industry estimation software
Interpret blueprints and construction documents
Collaborate with project managers and production teams
Maintain CRM records with zero margin for error
Handle insurance estimating and documentation
Ensure estimates meet codes and standards
Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented and systematic thinker
Self-directed with minimal supervision needed
Tech-savvy and analytical
Strong communicator
Competitive and committed to accuracy
Requirements
3+ years in residential roofing estimating or operations
Proficiency with estimation software (Xactimate preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and construction docs
Advanced Microsoft Office and cloud software skills
Must live on or relocate to Maui; travel-ready
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Physically able to inspect roofs safely
Strong organizational and communication skills
