We are growing and are in search of a few quality team members to join the All Star family. Monday thru Saturday 7a to 5p service hours, 5 day work week with OT available. NO on call, NO Sundays.
We are seeking to hire experienced HVAC Residential and Light Commercial lead installers.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Must be able to work efficiently and independently
Excellent communication skills
EPA universal preferred
Ability to read and understand plans preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Lead installers:
5+ years verifiable experience preferred doing installs, changeouts, trims, etc
Lite commercial experience is a plus
Ability to install all types of equipment, including AC/HP, gas furnace, RTU’s, inverter equipment, etc.
Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of mechanical code, ability to pass mechanical inspections
