We are currently hiring experienced maintenance techs / handyman to perform the following work : Abilities to make basic electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry carpentry repairs, painting both interior and exterior, pressure washing, fence repairs and all types of handyman repairs Must be able to climb a ladder to reach a two story house in order to paint. Janitorial cleaning of restrooms such as toilets, urinals, sinks, mopping floors, stocking of paper supplies and servicing dog stations. Must have a valid clean drivers license. Position is Monday thru Friday - days. Weekly pay.
