Landscape Foreman – Full Time
Join our growing landscaping company as a Landscape Foreman and lead a dedicated crew in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Valid Florida Driver’s License – Must be maintained at all times.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a crew, coordinate with planners, and interact with clients when needed.
Ability to organize daily tasks, track production, and keep accurate job logs.
Perform basic maintenance on small equipment and ensure proper care of tools.
Comfortable with physical work: lifting 50–100 lbs regularly, digging, planting, bending, kneeling, and walking on uneven terrain.
Some irrigation experience preferred.
Previous professional landscaping experience required.
Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn and cross-train.
Team-oriented attitude and a commitment to high-quality results.
