LANDSCAPE/IRRIGATION INSTALLATION FOREMAN
Job Description:
Contours Landscape Solution, a growing commercial landscape company, is employing landscape installation associates for throughout Lake and surrounding counties. APPLICANT MUST HAVE 3-5+ YEARS LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE AS INSTALLATION FOREMAN, PLUS REQUIRED QUALIFICATION BELOW. This position is responsible for leading a crew in the completion of various landscape projects from plant installation to irrigation installation.
You will be responsible for supervision of a crew, assigned projects and equipment including completing all required daily work reporting. We offer unlimited potential for professional growth for those who perform duties as expected.
Duration:
Position is hourly (Monday-Friday) and at times weekends when necessary with compensation based upon experience
Duties:
Perform landscape, Irrigation installation services, while maintaining high standards of quality, workmanship and professionalism
Perform proper supervision of all installation activities including hands-on work, supervision of and management of crew members.
Operate all power equipment to perform all landscape services including, wheel loader, skid-steer loaders, trencher, sod cutter, mini track loader, etc.
Use all construction hand tools, such as shovels rakes, wheelbarrows and related tools.
Learn and follow all company/department safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and following Landscape and Irrigation installation plans.
Must have experience in meeting installation deadlines.
Must have knowledge and ability to operate multiple types of equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying conditions
Requires considerable amounts of sitting, standing, walking, twisting, climbing, and other physical activities for extended periods of time
Strong Work Ethic- Ability to Follow Directions
Strong ability to coach crew members effectively and efficiently throughout installation projects.
Have transportation To/From Work (with Clean Florida Driver's License)
Ability to arrive on time daily
