Full-Time Lawn Care Foreman & Laborer

Foreman Requirements:
✅ Valid, clean driver’s license – REQUIRED
✅ Experience driving a truck with trailer
✅ General knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees
✅ Working knowledge of field equipment & basic maintenance skills (equipment/trucks)
✅ Ability to complete job paperwork accurately
✅ Capable of leading 1–2 team members and keeping the crew productive
✅ Skilled in pruning trees, vines, and shrubs using proper techniques
✅ Professional, friendly communication with clients
Laborer Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in lawn maintenance/landscaping
