Florida's Finest is looking for the right people to join our team as a technician and earn your spot in this family run business. Do you like nature and the outdoors? Experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be physically fit, presentable, good with people, able to work outside in hot weather, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a desire to succeed. Good driving record (less than 3 points and no at fault accidents in last 3 yrs. and must have had license for a minimum of 2 full years) and reliable transportation (doesn't cause you to miss work) is a must.
Pay will be offered according to level of experience. Starting pay is $650 with no experience, during the training period. Once trained, you control your own paycheck. Commissions start at 16% depending on services and experience. New people with the right attitude and good work ethic generally get their first raise within 2 - 4 weeks.

Safely and professionally driving to and from our office and customers properties in a company vehicle.
Sticking to a schedule and understanding how to adjust where needed
