We are looking to hire a lead carpenter for multifamily rehabilitation projects in Central FL. This position could quickly turn into a superintendent role if that is something that the candidate may want to pursue. These are larger projects so you would be in the same area mostly and not be driving from job to job. We are looking for a true journeyman type rough carpenter with a team attitude. Must be able to rebuild exterior walls, cupolas, dormers, etc. We are also looking for a laborer helper that is interested in learning a trade.

Must have a truck and tools
Blueprint reading
Able to do all rough carpentry projects with no supervision.
Able to install exterior siding materials with no supervision
Able to install windows and doors as needed
Able to schedule and pass inspections with a building inspector
Willing to assist with select demo
Willing to help out with whatever is needed at the time
