Site work, clearing, grading
Forming rebar
Pouring and finishing concrete
Carpentry work to include: playgrounds, shade structures, recreational sports equipment
Landscape work
Drainage
Operate small equipment
Must be able to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools
Perform field work that may not include using machines such as digging, assembling recreational equipment, directing haulers, pouring concrete, cleaning up, loading and unloading machines on trailers.
Must be able to demonstrate safe driving habits and have a valid driver license
Implements safe workplace practices
Lead a crew of 2-4 people for daily tasks
Adheres to all safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management
Must have a clean/valid driver's license and be able to pass Jessica Lungsford Act
Willing to work flexible hours but typically mon thru friday 7-5 PM
3-5 years of experience required

Salary: $60,000 per year plus bonus
