Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled A/C Technician to join our dynamic team. As an A/C Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose HVAC systems and identify necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
Install new HVAC systems and equipment.
Ensure all installations and repairs are performed to code.
Communicate with customers to explain issues and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation.
EPA 608 Certification (required).
State or local HVAC licenses (required).
Certification from NATE or similar accreditation (preferred).
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
Knowledge of electrical circuits and HVAC controls.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clean driving record (if applicable).
