Requirements
Must speak and understand English
Minimum 5 years residential & commercial experience (Journeyman)
Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial electrical systems
Ability to run a small crew independently
Must be able to pass inspections
Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
Pay Rate
Journeyman Electrician: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Top Helper: $18–$22/hour (based on knowledge & skill level)
