Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, hardworking crew to master our coating projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for coating (power washing, sanding, scraping, caulking, taping, etc.)
Apply coating, to a variety of surfaces.
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow supervisor instructions and meet project deadlines
Safely use and maintain painting tools and equipment
Requirements:
One member of the crew must have a clean driving record, good license, and reliable transportation to office.
Reliability: Must consistently show up on time and ready to work
Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks to a high standard
Team Player: Take direction and work well with others
Previous painting experience a must with advanced sprayer knowledge. We will train you on specific knowledge and application techniques regarding our products.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must. Insurance mandates a good driving record
