Company seeks EXPERINCED Pressure Cleaner. To excel in this position, the candidate must,
MUST HAVE A VALID FLORIDA DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Be comfortable and competent working up to 4 stories high on roofs.
Have experience as a commercial pressure washer and be able to provide references.
Be skilled at pulling trailer behind trucks.
Be able to repeatedly climb up to 3 flights of stairs.
Be able to get to Orlando office to begin work daily by 7am.
Have all documentation to legally work in U.S. as a W2 employee
Be available to work occasionally weekend and evening hours
This position includes active participation in daily work such as pressure cleaning, garbage valet services, bulk trash pickup and dump runs and various maintenance jobs related to multifamily industry.
Pluses for this job include:
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Sales and/or client servicing experience
Knowledge of small engine repair
Management experience
Pay is weekly
