Assist in project management by communicating with customers & production team to ensure all projects run smoothly as it relates to materials and logistics
Review contracts/estimates, verify measurements to determine materials needed are delivered
Manage and receive deliveries onsite at project
Coordinate with inside project manager on additional material needing to be ordered
Keep up to date on all job changes for deliveries
Work with customers and office throughout the project - from onsite
Coordinate quality assurance throughout project managing the foreman onsite
Provide daily and weekly updates on project to homeowners and management team
Provide photo documentation of jobs to management team within company cam
Coordinate with Logistics Manager to schedule dumpster pick ups
Oversee final walk throughs of each project – working with permitting and sales person
Help inside project manager with projections of project timeline
Expected to work 5-6 days per week
Hours are 7 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday
Skills Needed
Must possess problem solving approach
Computer skills necessary for Job Nimbus, Company Cam & google sheets
Engage in technical discussions with customers during jobs, overcome objections
