-Must have a positive attitude
-Must blend well with existing team. Sour apples need not apply.
-Must pass background check
Chosen person will:
-Drive and conduct site visits, check work that is done and work being completed
-Will read drawings, notes and confirm work was done as specified
-Will make notes and send reports to manager as to what was found or needs addressed
-Will participate in inspections
-Make deliveries when needed
-Be willing to learn and grow
