Your Role
As a Repair Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues. From patching leaks to fixing structural damage, your work ensures the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing problems for residential and commercial properties.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely.
Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and solutions.
Ensure all repairs meet company quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in roofing or construction preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Attitude: Positive, professional, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
