Job is to remove and preserve lvp.
Remove and throw away plywood + tile in a dumpster I will provide, next to a room window.
Put in new 5/8 plywood.
Put back in the lvp.
Flooring under 2 toilet and 2 showers also needs replacing.
Area you will work in will be empty of furniture.
Job to be done before the end of January.
