Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Shoe Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with shoe pair and sewing. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills to ensure that our clients receive high-quality repairs and alterations.
Duties
Perform repairs on garments using sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques.
Conduct alterations and adjustments to clothing as per customer specifications.
Inspect garments for quality assurance before returning them to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and fabric requirements for repairs.
Requirements
Proven experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or garment repair is preferred.
Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding garment construction techniques.
Strong sewing skills with attention to detail in finishing work.
Excellent customer service abilities with strong communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to garment alterations.
