What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or similar trades is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with the willingness to learn.
Positive Attitude: A good attitude is essential!
Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is a must.
Work Ethic: Be on-site and ready to work at the start time (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with some Saturdays as needed) and work diligently until the day’s end.
Team Player:
Willing to support the lead carpenter and team members as needed.
Assist with running materials, organizing tools, and keeping the job site or shop clean and efficient.
Work in both a shop and job site environment, learning the full scope of remodeling tasks.
Desire to Learn: Show interest in developing skills in remodeling and craftsmanship, with a growth mindset.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required): Computer skills, people skills, and a desire to grow in your role.
