Plasterers needed. Preferable working foreman. Need to be knowledgeable in stucco finishes, texture, sand finish. Basic carpentry/framing skills - wire lath. Time management, time keeping skills. Good communication skills, Phone-text-email. Ability to take and send photos. Reliable transportation - must have valid DL, SS card and phone. Primary responsibility is to repair chimneys: from minor repairs replacing chimney caps to full demolition and tear down and complete rebuild.
