Tom James Custom Clothing sales office in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time (40-hour) Seamstress/Tailor or Master Tailor who excels in his or her trade and possesses a talent for delivering the finest tailored clothing with excellent attention to detail.
Tailor Job Summary:
Performs alterations as directed for our clients' high-end garments and delivers professionally finished garments on time.
Demonstrates knowledge of fabric and standard tailoring concepts and procedures with quality workmanship for men's and women's garments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of tailoring experience in a retail or customer-service environment
Strong working knowledge of garment construction in men's and women's apparel and ability to perform high-quality workmanship including hand and by machine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
