Position: Sheet Metal Mechanics
Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Full-time available
Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ductwork, vents, and HVAC systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, and manipulate sheet metal using hand and power tools.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a sheet metal mechanic or in a related field.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
HVAC certification or relevant training is a plus.
