Duties and Responsibilities:
20 – 30 hours per week
Participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, testing, safety and distribution of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Follow through on assigned time sensitive projects each day
Receive, unpack, pack, test, load, store and deliver equipment and inventory; appropriate paperwork for each job.
Assemble, test and pack monitors, TV screens, cables, etc.
Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary.
Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion
Maintain regular attendance
Soldering Pixels on LED tiles a plus
Knowledge and Abilities:
Methods of receiving, inspecting, and delivering equipment.
Operation of a forklift and other assigned vehicles.
Proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.
Health and Safety regulations
Work in a professional manner
Physical Demands:
Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 lbs.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
Education and experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and three years of warehousing or related experience.
A/V experience is a plus
