We currently have an opening with a large, well-known company in Orlando & PALM HARBOR, FL Area looking for Water Damage Technicians with Tools ! MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Pay Rates is $18-21/HR (Depending on Experience) Day Shift - 6:30 AM to 3:15PM (Orlando)
Pay Rates is $19-21/HR (Depending on Experience) Day Shift - 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM-7PM (Palm Harbor)
Jobs Responsibilities are:
Demolition Drywall removal; Flooring removal; baseboard and trim removal.
Mold removal
Able to wear a full-face respirator and hazmat suit for long periods of time.
Maintain a clean job site daily.
Familiar with common hand tools such as hammers, pry bars, levels, blades, scrapers, Sanders; plus cleaning the tools
Preferred Experienced with cutting drywall and framing materials.
Preferred Experienced with building containment vapor bar
