Waterproofing balconies using the Pli-Dek Waterproofing System or Vulkem Waterproofing System. Must have transportation, tools, and equipment plus insurance or work comp exempt. All new construction. Install in 2 phases. Experience wanted but I will train for this. Most balconies are minimum 150 sq. ft. or larger. Total pay is $3.25 per sq. ft. 1st coat installation is $2.50 per sq. ft. and 2nd coat is $1.25 per sq.ft. for Pli-Dek system. Vulkem is $2.00 per sq ft. for 1st coat and $1.00 per sq. ft. for 2nd coat, total $3.00 per sq. ft. $1000.00- $3000.00 per week. Paid weekly. All materials supplied.
