Hello we are looking for Independent Window and door Installers
We can provide a hand for lifting but ultimately you are responsible for the installation and the finished product.
Must have Tool Belt
Must Have Pick up Truck
Must know how to remove windows in a professional manner
Must have the strive to give A+ superior Installation experience to the Customers.
Must Respect every home.
We work in occupied homes. Cleanliness is essential
Must have Personal tools to get the Job done (Sawzall, Grinders, Hammer drill, Impact Driver, levels, nail guns, saws, ladders, drill bits, caulk guns, etc.
Must be able to install a window and finish it, interior and exterior.
Must be ok with working on ladders and scaffolding. (1st and 2nd story)
Some people think that their presence on sight is enough to justify their pay, (dragging all day to install 1-2 windows is Unacceptable)
If your on the phone all day, cant make it in because you don't have gas, make yourself real comfortable at an opening because you stayed out all night and your tired and don't want to do anymore work, This one isn't for you. We have a schedule we have to Respect and deadlines to meet.
Florida Building code: We replace bucks on most of our Installs per FL building Code, must be knowledgeable enough to cut back drywall for full width bucks.
We are a rapid pace company with steady work in need of Quality installers.
We can partner you up with another installer, you'll work your windows and he will work his with the exception of helping lift product into opening.

We can provide a trailer for top Installers, must have truck to pull with.
