Job Overview:
As a Freight Broker Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new relationships with shippers, carriers, and other industry professionals. We are looking for driven individuals who are hungry to expand our client base, bring in new business, and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and carriers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight and logistics industry.
Manage and grow a pipeline of leads to build a strong client portfolio.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and services with clients to close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client retention.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight brokerage or logistics.
A strong network within the freight and logistics industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter with a strong hunger to win and exceed goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
