We are seeking a dispatcher who is BI-LINGUAL & WITH EXPERIENCE, WITH EXPERIENCE who is able to plan and coordinate routes for SEMI TRUCKS, book loads, take calls from drivers, customers, and NEGOTIATE RATES WITH BROKERS. One who will answer emails in a timely manner, meet goals set by management, assist drivers with issues that may arise and excel under pressure. THIS IS A IN OFFICE POSITION. NOT A WORK FROM HOME !
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Plan and coordinate routes
Dispatch multiple drivers in a timely manner
Track drivers during assignments and keep customers and brokers informed of driver routes and of any delays.
Take incoming calls from customers, drivers, and brokers
Communicate with customers or supervisor to address questions, and issues.
Accurately enter orders and driver activities in Transportation Management Systems.
Multi-tasking and organizational skills
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience
