Position Overview:
As a Load Coordinator / Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for finding and presenting enticing load offers to our team of Owner Operators, taking into account factors such as location, time, and value. Your role will involve negotiating prices between shippers and carriers, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective service levels. Your success will directly impact both our Owner Operator Partners' earnings and your income.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with multiple drivers simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination.
Independently tackle and solve problems that arise during the dispatching process.
Utilize specialized computer software to streamline dispatch operations.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Pay meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Drive motivation, maintain a strong work ethic, and uphold the highest standards.

Proficiency in using customized computer software for dispatching.

Prior experience in sales and negotiation is highly desired.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour during training, based on experience.
After training, potential to earn between $50,000 - $100,000 annually through commissions.

Experience and Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in dispatching or sales (preferred).
Proficiency with in-person work and engagement.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Winter Garden, FL.
