Job Title: Deputy Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader Job Code: 18520 Job Location: Palm Bay, FL Job Description: L3Harris’s Microelectronics Division is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader to join our team in Palm Bay, FL. Under the direction of the Operations Division Leader and the Microelectronics Division Program Office, the Deputy Operations IPT Leader will lead a diverse team of engineers to ensure quality lifecycle development, enable product sustainment, and coordinate optimization of products in accordance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) while staying within budget and schedule constraints. Serve as in a team leadership capacity to the Operations IPT by actively engaging team members and demonstrating influence, fairness, respect, and inclusion
Interface with program leadership, design engineering, test engineering, operations engineering, production support, and key subcontractors to ensure that requirements defined in the SOW are achieved within budget, schedule, quality, and closure criteria
Manage the Operations IPT input to change management boards such as Engineering Review Board, Program Change Review Board, and Configuration Control Board and have oversight of what is presented in change packages as necessary
Lead both internal and external team members or subcontractors to ensure program performance, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved
Collaborate with IPT members and the program leadership team during proposal and planning phases to ensure relevant program activities are defined and budgeted
Integrate new product introduction with existing resources while ensuring technical and tactical coordination between other IPTs
Oversee and at times lead, preparation of presentation materials to support regular program reviews
Perform cost account management (CAM) activities and evaluate earned value management system (EVMS) metrics, as required
Lead and manage a team of 10+ process engineers and product owners

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM and 9 years of related professionaleperience. Master’s degree in STEM 7 years of related professional experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Requires management and leadership knowledge in process engineering, product engineering, semiconductor fabrication, and/or advanced packaging
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership or management
Minimum 5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry focused on fab operations
Previous experience in one or more of the following semiconductor process areas: lithography, wet etch, dry etch, deposition, planar, metrology, etc.
Security Clearance required upon hire : Ability to Obtain
Security Clearance required for role : Top Secret / SCI w/Poly
Preferred Additional Skills:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
Experience working in classified government programs
Previous experience working as an IPT leader or CAM with strong project management skills
Previous experience with EVMS
Flexibility with job responsibilities and proactive with assuming additional responsibilities related to scope
